PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Carbon Steel Tube Seamless Steel Pipe is a kind of seamless steel pipes.
Carbon steel pipe is a kind of steel pipe alloy. Common carbon steel tubes in production are generally divided into three categories: high carbon steel tube, medium carbon steel pipe and low carbon steel pipes. High carbon steel pipes have the highest carbon content, generally greater than 0.6%. The higher the carbon content, the greater the brittleness. Therefore, high carbon steel pipes are generally not used in industrial production. Medium carbon steel pipes are generally 0.25 to 0.6 percent. This type of steel pipe has moderate hardness and is widely used. The carbon content of low-carbon steel pipes is less than 0.25%. This type of carbon steel pipe is basically not much different from ordinary steel pipes, so it is more common in industrial applications.
Seamless steel pipe: Seamless Steel Tube is made of steel ingot or solid tube billet through perforation into capillary tube, and then made by hot rolling, cold rolling or cold drawing. The specifications of seamless steel pipes are expressed in millimeters of outer diameter * wall thickness. There are two types of seamless steel pipes: hot-rolled and cold-rolled (dial) seamless steel tubes. Hot-rolled seamless steel pipes are divided into general steel pipes, low and medium pressure boiler steel pipes, high pressure boiler steel pipes, alloy steel pipes, Stainless Steel Pipes, petroleum cracking pipes, geological steel pipes and other steel pipes. The outer diameter of hot-rolled seamless pipe is generally greater than 32mm, and the wall thickness is 2.5-75mm. The diameter of cold-rolled seamless steel pipe can reach 6mm, and the wall thickness can reach 0.25mm. Rolling has higher dimensional accuracy than hot rolling.
