PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Black Seamless Square Steel Pipe Rectangular Steel Tube.
The seamless square steel pipe rectangular steel tube is a long strip of steel with a hollow section and no seams around it. The inside of the tube is hollow, with a certain cross-sectional area, and is used in large quantities as a pipeline for transporting fluids, such as pipelines for transporting oil, natural gas, gas, water and certain solid materials.
Classification and use of seamless square steel tubes and rectangular steel pipes:
1. According to the production method, it can be divided into hot-rolled steel pipe, cold-rolled steel pipe, cold-drawn steel pipe, extruded steel pipe, etc.
Hot-rolled seamless steel pipes are divided into general steel pipes, low and medium pressure boiler steel pipes, high-pressure boiler steel pipes, alloy structural steel and stainless heat-resistant steel seamless steel pipes, seamless steel pipes for geological drilling, etc.
2. According to different materials, it can be divided into ordinary Carbon Steel, high-quality Carbon Structural Steel and alloy structural steel.
3. There are three types of supply according to different purposes:
a. Spiral welded thick-walled seamless steel pipes for pipelines are pipelines used to transport oil and natural gas;
b. Spiral welded thick-walled seamless steel pipes with buried hard polyurethane foam plastic anti-corrosion insulation layer for the oil and gas industry to transport flammable and explosive fluids.
c. Galvanized welded square and rectangular pipes for low-pressure fluid transportation are profiles with square cross-section shapes and sizes made of various metal or non-metal materials for conveying water, gas, air oil and heating steam.
4. According to the cross-sectional shape, there are circular cross-section and special-shaped cross-section.
5. According to different production methods, it can be divided into two types: hot-rolled seamless square tube and cold-drawn precision square tube.
