PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Galvanized Steel coils and Galvalume Steel coils have a layer of anti-corrosion coating on the surface of the Steel Coils respectively, but there are obvious differences between the two products.
1. Different materials
Galvanized Steel Coil: In order to prevent the surface of the Steel Plate from corrosion and prolong its service life, a layer of metal zinc is coated on the surface of the Steel Coil.
Aluzinc steel coil: the surface is smooth, flat and gorgeous with star flowers, and the base color is silvery white. Its surface coating is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon.
2. The service life is different
The special coating structure makes it have excellent corrosion resistance, and the normal service life of Aluzinc coils is 2-6 times that of ordinary galvanized coils.
3. Different uses
Galvanized steel coil are mainly used in construction, light industry, agriculture and fishery, etc.
Galvalume steel coil are mainly used in the construction industry, automobiles, home appliances, etc.
Characteristics of GL coil
1. Corrosion resistance: The atmospheric corrosion resistance and moisture gas corrosion resistance of galvalume silicon coils are better than those of galvanized coils, and can be used as various internal and external building materials and parts in all directions.
2. Good economy: lower production cost than galvanized and aluminum-coated coils.
3. Heat reflectivity: The heat reflectivity of galvalume steel coil is very high, which is twice that of Galvanized Steel Sheet in coil. People often use it as heat insulation material.
