PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Dx51D represents the material of an ordinary galvanized coil, and DX51D uses EN10327 standard. In DX51D, D represents the galvanized sheet of bending and forming grade, and 51 represents the serial number of steel grade, mainly using low-Carbon Steel as its base material.
In order to prevent the corrosion of the Steel Plate surface and prolong its service life, a layer of metal zinc is coated on the steel plate surface, which is called galvanized plate.
Galvanized Corrugated Steel Sheet and aluminum zinc plated corrugated Steel Sheet are made of galvanized or aluminum zinc based steel sheet. Galvanizing is a commonly used economical and effective rust prevention method, and aluminum zinc coating has better rust resistance.
The thin steel plate is immersed in the molten zinc bath to make its surface adhere to the zinc layer. At present, it is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, rolling steel plate and molten zinc are continuously immersed in the bath to make Galvanized Steel Plate. At present, the most commonly used processing method is hot-dip Galvanized Steel Sheet. It is widely used in construction, packaging, vehicles, agricultural machinery manufacturing and daily necessities processing.
