PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
ASTM A53 Seamless Steel Pipes Steel Tubes. ASTM A53 is a material of American Standard Steel Pipe.
A53-A is equivalent to domestic 10# steel, A53-B is equivalent to domestic 20# steel, and A53-F is equivalent to domestic q235 material.
The main production process of A53 Seamless Steel Tube is divided into cold drawing and hot rolling. The main difference between cold drawn seamless steel pipes and hot rolled seamless steel pipe is that the production process of cold rolled seamless steel pipe is generally more complicated than that of hot rolling. The cold-rolled spiral steel pipe is shorter than the hot-rolled spiral steel pipe. The wall thickness of the cold-rolled spiral steel pipe is generally smaller than that of the hot-rolled spiral steel pipe, but the surface looks brighter. The surface of hot-rolled steel pipe is relatively rough.
The main production process is round tube billet→heating→piercing→three-roll cross rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion→pipe removal→sizing (or reducing)→cooling→straightening→hydraulic test (or flaw detection)→marking→into library
