PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
NM500 Wear-resistant Steel plates are widely used in mining machinery, coal mining machinery, environmental protection machinery, engineering machinery, etc., and are also commonly used as high-strength structural steel with a yield strength ≥ 700MPa. NM500 wear-resistant plate is a high-strength wear-resistant plate with excellent corrosion resistance, bending processability and toughness of welded parts, stamping processability of welded parts and manufacturing methods. Specifically, the Stainless Steel Plate containing Si, Mn, P, s, Al and Ni, its suitable content is C less than 0.02%, N less than 0.02%, Cr greater than 11% and less than 17%, and satisfying 12≤Cr-Mo 1.5 si≤17,1≤ni30(cn)0.5(Mn-Cu)≤4,Cr0.5(Ni-Cu)3.3mo≥16.0,0.006≤carbon nitrogen≤0.030 Heating to 850~1250℃, and then heating to more than 1℃ /s cooling rate for heat treatment. In this way, it can become a high-strength wear-resistant plate with a martensite content greater than 12% (volume fraction), a strength greater than 730mpa, corrosion resistance and bending performance, and strong toughness in the welding heat-affected zone. The repeated use of elements such as molybdenum and boron can significantly improve the stamping performance of welded parts.
