JIS G3302 SGHC Galvanized Steel Sheet, material: SGHC standard number: JIS G3302
SGCH cold-rolled Galvanized Steel sheet is a high-strength all hard galvanized Steel Sheet.
According to production and processing methods, it can be divided into the following categories:
1. Hot dip galvanized steel sheet. Immerse the steel sheet into the molten zinc tank to make a layer of zinc adhere to the surface of the steel sheet. At present, the continuous galvanizing process is mainly used for production, that is, the coiled Steel Plate is continuously immersed in the galvanizing bath with molten zinc to make Galvanized Steel Plate;
2. Alloy galvanized steel plate. This steel plate is also made by hot dipping, but it is heated to about 500 ℃ immediately after it comes out of the tank, so that zinc and iron alloy films can be formed. The galvanized sheet has good paint adhesion and weldability;
3. Galvanized steel plate. Electroplated galvanized steel sheet has good processability. However, the coating is thinner and its corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot-dip galvanized sheet;
4. Single and double side galvanized steel sheet. Single side galvanized steel plate, that is, products that are only galvanized on one side. It has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet in welding, coating, anti rust treatment and processing. In order to overcome the disadvantage that one side is not galvanized, another kind of galvanized sheet is coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side, that is, double-sided differential galvanized sheet;
5. Alloy and composite galvanized steel plate. It is an alloy made of zinc and other metals (such as lead and zinc) or even composite coated steel plate. This kind of steel plate not only has excellent rust resistance, but also has good painting performance.
In addition to the above five types, there are also colored Galvanized Steel Sheets, printed galvanized Steel Sheets, PVC laminated galvanized steel sheets, etc. However, the most commonly used is still hot-dip galvanized sheet.
