The production process of Galvanized Steel plate is:; Coiling → double unwinding → head cutting and tail cutting → welding → alkali washing → primary brushing → electrolytic cleaning → secondary brushing → hot water rinsing → hot air drying → imported looper → continuous annealing → hot galvanizing (ceramic zinc pot) → air knife blowing (introduction) → air cooling after electroplating → water quenching → leveling machine (reserved) → stretching straightener → passivation treatment (reserved fingerprint resistance) → export looper → oiling → slitting and slitting → coiling → uncoiling → weighing → packaging
