PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
According to the spangle type, Galvanized Steel coils are divided into large spangle galvanized Steel Coils, small spangle galvanized steel coils, zero spangle galvanized steel coils and smooth spangle galvanized steel coils.
Spangle usually refers to the appearance of the grains formed after the hot-dip galvanized sheet is pulled out of the zinc pot and the zinc layer is cooled and solidified. The size, brightness and surface morphology of spangles depend on a series of factors, but are mainly related to the composition of the zinc layer and the cooling method. The principle of producing spangles is to try to reduce the solidification temperature of the zinc liquid.
The surface of the hot-dip Galvanized Steel Plate has a crystal pattern of the coated metal when it solidifies. This crystal pattern is especially obvious for the galvanized sheet, showing a beautiful appearance of zinc crystals, and thus becomes an important feature of the appearance of the hot-dip galvanized sheet, commonly known as This crystal pattern is "spangles".
The most complete form of spangle crystals is a hexagonal star similar to snowflakes. Through the research on the crystal structure of spangles, it is found that only the zinc crystals with dendrites on the surface of the Steel Plate can form hexagonal star or snowflake spangles. If the crystal arms are not in the plane of the steel plate, the hexagonal star shape will change.
