PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Z275 Galvanized Steel Coil refers to Galvanized Steel coil with Z275 zinc layer thickness.
Z275 refers to the weight code of the zinc layer, indicating the weight of zinc on both sides of the Steel Plate, expressed in grams of zinc per square meter of steel plate (g/m^2), Z275——the weight of the zinc layer is 275g/m^2.
Normal spangle (Z) It is the spangle obtained by condensing the zinc layer under normal conditions after galvanizing. Skin-passing spangle (GZ) The skin-passing machine is used to skin-pass the galvanized sheet and smooth the spangle on the surface of the galvanized sheet. It is mainly used as the substrate of the color-coated sheet.
Galvanized Steel Sheet in coils have different surface conditions due to different treatment methods in the coating process, such as ordinary zinc coil, fine zinc coil, flat zinc coil, zinc-free coil, and phosphating-treated surfaces. Galvanized coil should have a good appearance and must not have defects harmful to the use of the product, such as no plating, holes, cracks and scum, excessive plating thickness, scratches, chromic acid dirt, white rust, etc.
