ASTMA653 is an American standard, equivalent to Q195 or SGCC in China.
ASTM A653 color-coated corrugated roof board has beautiful and novel appearance, rich colors, strong decoration, flexible combination, and can express different architectural styles. ASTM A653 color coated corrugated roof panel has light weight (6~10kg/m²), high strength (yield strength) 250~550MPa), good skin stiffness, good anti-seismic performance of waterproof agent, convenient construction and installation, reduced installation and transportation workload, and shortened construction period.
Color-coated Corrugated Steel Plate is pressed with color-coated Steel Coil as the base material. Mainly used as roof slab and roof slab.
Al-Mg-Mn alloy for roof panels and exterior walls generally adopts the pre-roll coating process, which has the advantages of good color difference control, uniform paint film, high quality stability, environmental protection, etc. The coating type is generally PVDF fluorocarbon coating containing more than 70% fluorocarbon resin.
