Galvanized corrugated steel sheet is to immerse the thin steel sheet in a molten zinc bath, so that a layer of zinc is attached to the surface. At present, it is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled Steel Plate is continuously immersed in the galvanizing solution to make Galvanized Steel Plate. At present, the most commonly used processing method is hot-dip Galvanized Steel Sheet, which is widely used in construction, packaging, vehicles, agricultural machinery manufacturing and daily necessities.
Cold-rolled continuous hot-dip galvanized corrugated steel sheets and strips with a conventional thickness of 0.25-2.5mm. The surface of the Corrugated Steel Plate is beautiful, with massive or leaf-shaped zinc grains, the corrugated steel plate layer is firm, and it has excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance. At the same time, the corrugated steel plate has good welding performance and cold forming performance.
