1. Excellent wear resistance The chemical composition of the alloy wear-resistant layer contains 4-5% carbon, 25-30% chromium, the volume fraction of Cr7C3 carbide in the metallographic structure is greater than 50%, the macroscopic hardness is HRC56-62, and the hardness of chromium carbide is HV1400～1800. Since the carbides are distributed perpendicular to the wear direction, even compared with cast alloys with the same composition and hardness, the wear resistance is more than doubled. The wear resistance comparison with several typical materials is as follows: (1) with low Carbon Steel; 20～25:1 (2) with as-cast high chromium cast iron; 1.5～2.5:1

2. The base material of good impact and wear-resistant composite Steel Plate is low carbon steel or low alloy. Tough materials such as Stainless Steel demonstrate the superiority of bimetals. The wear-resistant layer resists the wear of the grinding medium, and the substrate bears the load of the medium, so it has good impact resistance. 3. The alloy wear-resistant layer with good heat resistance is recommended to be used under the working condition of ≤600°C. If alloys such as vanadium and molybdenum are added to the wear-resistant layer of the alloy, it can withstand high temperature wear of ≤800°C. The recommended operating temperature is as follows: It is recommended not to use ordinary carbon steel substrates at temperatures higher than 380°C; it is recommended to use low-alloy heat-resistant Steel Plates (15CrMo, 12Cr1MOV, etc.) with temperatures not higher than 540°C; it is recommended to use heat-resistant stainless steel substrates Use in working conditions above 800°C.

4. Good corrosion resistance The alloy layer of the wear-resistant composite steel plate contains a relatively high proportion of metal chromium, so it has certain anti-rust and anti-corrosion capabilities. It can be used in coal drop pipes, funnels and other occasions to prevent coal sticking.
