PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Z275 Galvanized Steel Sheet refers to the Galvanized Steel sheet with zinc layer thickness of Z275.
Z275 refers to the weight code of zinc layer, representing the weight of zinc on both sides of the Steel Plate, expressed in grams of zinc per square meter of steel plate (g/m ^ 2). Z275 - the weight of zinc layer is 275g/m ^ 2.
Normal flash (Z) is the flash obtained by condensing the zinc layer under normal conditions after galvanizing. The transdermal flash (GZ) transdermal machine is used to transdermal the galvanized sheet and make the surface of the galvanized sheet shiny and smooth. It is mainly used as a substrate for color coated sheets.
Due to different treatment methods in the coating process, Galvanized Steel Sheets have different surface conditions, such as ordinary zinc coils, fine zinc coils, flat zinc coils, zinc free coils and phosphating treated surfaces. Galvanized coils shall have good appearance and shall be free of defects harmful to product use, such as no coating, holes, cracks and scum, excessive coating thickness, scratches, chromic acid dirt, white rust, etc.
According to production and processing methods, it can be divided into the following categories:
Hot dip galvanized Steel Sheet. The steel sheet is immersed in a molten zinc bath to make its surface adhere to the zinc layer. At present, it is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, rolled steel plate and molten zinc are continuously immersed in the bath to make Galvanized Steel Plate.
Alloy galvanized steel sheet. This kind of steel plate is also made by hot dip method, but it is heated to about 500 ℃ immediately after being out of the tank, so that zinc and iron alloy films can be formed. Galvanized sheet has good coating tightness and weldability.
Electro galvanized steel sheet. The galvanized steel sheet produced by electroplating has good processing performance. However, the coating is thin and the corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot-dip galvanized sheet.
Alloy and composite galvanized steel sheet. It is made of zinc and other metals, such as aluminum, lead, zinc and other alloys, and even composite coated Steel Plates. This kind of steel plate not only has excellent rust resistance, but also has good painting performance.
Surface state: due to different treatment methods in the coating process, the surface state of galvanized sheet is also different, such as ordinary zinc sheet, fine zinc sheet, flat zinc sheet, zinc free sheet and phosphatized surface. The galvanized sheet shall have a good appearance and be free from defects harmful to product use, such as coating, holes, cracks, scum, excessive coating thickness, scratches, chromic acid dirt, white rust, etc.
