PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Automotive Structural Steel Plate.The demand for steel products in the automobile industry mainly includes four types: hot-rolled automobile steel, pickled automobile steel, cold-rolled automobile steel and galvanized automobile steel.
Hot rolled automotive steel (including pickling)
Hot-rolled and pickled automotive steel mainly includes:
1) Steel for beams (610L series), used to manufacture longitudinal beams and beams of automobiles;
2) Steel for wheels (420CL series), used in the manufacture of automobiles, rolled wheels and spokes;
3) Steel for transmission shafts (48007 series), used to manufacture automobile transmission shaft tubes;
4) Steel for axle housings (440QK series), used to manufacture automobile axle housings;
5) Steel for automobile structure (SAPH440 series), which is used for automobile frame, wheel, etc. and automobile structural parts that require forming and processing performance;
6) High-strength structural steel for automobiles (QStE420 series), used for structural parts such as automobile beams with good cold forming performance and high or high strength requirements;
7) High-strength steel for cold forming (S700MC (HR700F) series), low-carbon micro-alloyed steel with excellent cold forming performance and welding performance, widely used in the manufacture of auto parts;
8) High hole expansion steel (HR 510/690 H series), which has high hole expansion rate, excellent formability and welding performance, and is widely used in auto parts that require flange deformation;

Cold rolled automotive steel (including galvanized)
Cold-rolled and galvanized automotive steel mainly includes:
1) Cold-rolled and Galvanized Steel strips for stamping (DC04, SPCE, ST14 series, DX54D+ Z, SGCD3 series), with good stamping performance, welding performance and high dimensional accuracy, suitable for manufacturing various auto parts ;
2) High-strength interstitial atom-free steel (HC260Y series, HC260YD+ Z series), this series of products has both high strength and ultra-deep drawing performance, and is suitable for automotive interior and exterior structural parts and covering parts that have certain requirements for strength;
3) Cold-rolled phosphorus-added high-strength steel (HC260P series, HC260PD+ Z series), which are mainly used for automotive structural parts;
4) Cold-rolled low-alloy high-strength steel (HC340LA series, HC340LAD+ Z series) This series of products has both high yield strength and yield strength ratio, good stamping and welding performance, and is mainly used for steam-stressed structural parts and reinforcements ;
5) Dual-phase high-strength steel (CR340/590DP series, HC340/600DPD+ Z series), this series of products have the characteristics of no yield elongation, low yield ratio (small rebound, precise size), high work hardening index and hardened value , used in automotive structural parts, reinforcements and some inner and outer panels;
6) Bake-hardening high-strength steel (H260B series, HX260BD+ Z series). This series of products has excellent deep drawing performance, and can obtain high humidity and excellent concave resistance after stamping and baking. It is used for complex deformation and high strength. Automotive interior and exterior structural parts and covering parts with certain requirements.
