PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
SPHC Hot Rolled Steel Sheet In Coil is a hot rolled steel product.
SPHC represents the hot-rolled Steel Plate (the corresponding cold-rolled plate is SPCC), which is equivalent to the hot-rolled steel plate of 10# and 15# steel in the national standard GB699 (national standard for high-quality Carbon Structural Steel), and the carbon content range is 0.1 ~0.15% or so.
Hot-rolled Steel Plates are divided into two types: thick plates (thickness greater than 4 mm) and thin plates (thickness 0.35-4 mm); the termination temperature of hot-rolling is generally 800-900 °C, and then generally cooled in the air, so the hot-rolled state is equivalent to Normalize. The metal materials delivered in the hot-rolled state have a certain corrosion resistance because the surface is covered with an oxide film, and the requirements for storage, transportation and storage are not as strict as those delivered by cold drawing (rolling), such as large and medium-sized steel, Medium and thick steel plates can be stored in the open yard or after being covered with thatch.
Continuous casting slabs or rough rolling slabs are used as raw materials, heated by a walking heating furnace, descaled by high-pressure water, and then enter the rough rolling mill. After the final rolling, it goes through laminar cooling (computer controlled cooling rate) and coiler coils to become straight hair coils.
