AH36 ship plate

AH36 Steel Plate

AH36 steel plate is a high-strength structural steel used in ships and offshore engineering. Mainly used for manufacturing hull structures and hull components.
The steel plate has good mechanical properties, high strength, good weldability and good corrosion resistance. AH36 is a brand included in the Port 2 standard No. 117 of 2011. Its tensile strength is 36MPa. It is suitable for the manufacturing of ships, fishing boats and marine engineering structures in ocean, coastal and inland navigation areas. The steel plate is added with Nb, V, Ti and other alloying elements during the production process to improve its toughness and mechanical properties and meet strict shipbuilding plate requirements.

AH36 steel plate itself has high strength, high toughness, fatigue resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, acid resistance, welding and easy processing properties

Introduction to the uses of AH36 steel plate
AH36 Steel Plates are commonly used in the marine engineering manufacturing industry, such as shipbuilding, marine engineering, offshore platform construction, cross-sea bridge leg piles, pillars, derricks, etc.
AH36 steel plate has a variety of high-quality properties, and its high-quality performance during use has also been loved and recognized by the manufacturing industry. Later, due to social recognition, frequent use in the manufacturing industry, and continuous optimization and upgrading of manufacturers, AH36 steel plate gradually became one of the commonly used steel plate grades in my country.
AH36, H represents high strength, 36 represents 360MPa, A represents the grade of steel, which can be divided into 4 grades (A, B, D, E). This meaning represents high-strength Grade A marine steel with an allowable pressure of 360MPa. AH32 is a high-strength grade A marine steel with a required pressure of 320MPa. There are differences between the two and therefore they cannot be substituted.
AH36, H represents high strength, A represents the grade of steel, which can be divided into 4 grades (A, B, D, E). The meaning of this code is high-strength Class A marine steel with a yield strength of 355Mpa.
